Entertainment Power were engaged to deliver a comprehensive power and lighting package to support continuous operations over the 2 week duration of the event.

Given the extended runtime and environmental considerations, a strong focus was placed on efficiency, reliability, and reduced emissions. Our scope included the deployment of more than 20 generator units of varying capacities to service production, site services, and back-of-house requirements, alongside the integration of over 30 hybrid solar light towers to minimise fuel consumption while maintaining safe illumination across all public and operational areas.

The scale and duration of the event required careful load management, scheduled servicing, and responsive on-site support to ensure uninterrupted supply throughout the week.

Working in coordination with event organisers and site teams, we delivered a stable and efficient system that balanced performance with sustainability.

The Grass Is Greener music festival, delivered across Gold Coast, Gladstone, and Toowoomba annually attracts thousands of patrons across its regional footprint. Staged across a mix of outdoor parklands and sites, we have provided comprehensive power distribution and lighting systems across all locations since the festival’s launch in 2018.

Each site presents unique operational requirements, with varying audience capacities, layouts, and local conditions. Updated site configurations and ticketing arrangements in recent years introduced additional demands around security, safety, and front-of-house lighting, particularly across entry points and box office areas.

Our scope of works included the deployment of multiple generators ranging from small distribution units through to 500kVA systems, extensive lighting equipment to ensure safe patron movement, and large-scale festoon lighting installations to enhance both functionality and atmosphere across all sites.

For the long-running Eat Street Northshore, held at Northshore Brisbane, Entertainment Power has delivered reliable generator and distribution solutions to support ongoing operations.

Operating as a high-volume, open-air dining and entertainment precinct, the site requires consistent and adaptable power across a wide range of vendors, stages, and public areas. Our scope includes the supply, installation, and maintenance of generator systems and electrical distribution infrastructure to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality.

With a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and flexibility, the system is designed to accommodate evolving site layouts and varying demand, supporting both permanent traders and rotating vendors.

Touch Bass 2026 is a one day electronic music festival held at the RNA Showgrounds in Brisbane, transforming the inner-city site into a high-capacity live music environment.

Entertainment Power were engaged to deliver the full temporary power and site-wide lighting package to support both patrons and production.

Operating within a dense, multi-use venue required careful planning around access, staging zones, and public interfaces. Tight bump-in and bump-out schedules, along with increased focus on entry management, placed additional emphasis on safe and effective lighting across ingress points, box office areas, and back-of-house compounds.
